| If you have a few hours each week to spare,
and are looking for an enjoyable voluntary activity where
you can meet people, use existing skills or learn new ones,
we very much hope you will join our work for the older people
of Derbyshire.
As a volunteer with us, depending on what you would like
to do and where you live, you might be
- giving information and advice
- helping older people in day care activities
- helping in an Age Concern shop
- doing computer or administrative work
- visiting isolated people in their own homes
These are just a few examples - we have many other opportunities
available, and will do our best to offer the right volunteer
work for you.
Our Volunteering Opportunities Pack contains leaflets and
information which will tell you more about our work. If
you would like to join us, please complete the application
form (which will be enclosed) and send it back to us. Or,
if you would like a chat, give us a call on 01773 768 240.
We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you again for
your interest.
